Clean Eating Detox

I have been eating cheese and pasta more than I should this past weekend. So today I'm eating clean and raw foods. Just to clean out my system a bit and get lots of vitimins.


10oz of fresh juice this morning. Apples, carrots and nectorine.
16oz water
12oz water
8oz smoothie
And this is my after gym meal
And yes, I ate the whole thing! Here's what was in it:
kale
spinach
tomatoes
carrots
asparagus
avocado
cucumber
broccoli
apples
zuccini
olive oil
lime juice
